M/Y Ancallia, a 40m motor yacht of Feadship pedigree, underwent a complex conversion and total rebuild.

Appointed as Project Manager, I was responsible for translating the owner’s vision into a controlled, executable plan—ensuring that every phase of the project was delivered to the highest technical and aesthetic standards while respecting the yacht’s heritage.

Scope of Work

Full project leadership from specification development through to final delivery
Definition and control of refit scope, sequencing, and technical priorities
Coordination of structural reconstruction and yacht lengthening
Management of re-engining works and integration of zero-speed stabilizers
Oversight of full painting systems and complete teak deck renewal
Continuous alignment between owner, shipyard, and specialist contractors
